Account information: When you register as an organizer, we collect your name and email address to create and manage your account.

Location data: The TourCue app collects your precise GPS location while you are actively using navigation features. Location data is used solely to provide real-time turn-by-turn navigation along your event route and to detect when you have gone off-route. We do not collect location data in the background when the app is not in use.

Camera access: The app requests camera access to scan QR codes for event check-in. We do not capture, store, or transmit photos or video.

Usage data: We collect anonymized crash logs and app interaction data to improve the reliability and performance of the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the TourCue navigation service
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Enable event organizers to manage participants and routes
• Diagnose technical issues and improve app performance
• Communicate with you about your account or the Service

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating the Service (such as cloud hosting and analytics providers) under strict confidentiality agreements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Location data used for navigation is processed in real time and is not stored on our servers after your navigation session ends. All data transmitted between the TourCue app and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

TourCue is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
