Quick answers to the most common questions about TourCue.
No. TourCue runs entirely in the mobile browser โ Chrome on Android, Safari on iPhone. Participants scan a QR code or open a link and they're in. No account, no download, no setup.
TourCue detects when a driver is more than 300 feet from the planned route and shows an Off Route banner with a voice announcement. If they're too far behind to catch up, they can tap 'Get Me There' to get a direct route to the destination.
Yes. TourCue supports multi-day tours with multiple legs per day. Each leg has its own route, cue cards, POIs, and share link. Drivers join each leg separately using that leg's QR code.
The organizer sets up Quick Message buttons before the event. The Lead Car driver taps a button and the message is broadcast to all participants instantly โ no typing required. The Lead Car can also drop hazard pins that appear on every participant's map.
Yes. The Cue Cards tab lets you edit any instruction, add notes for drivers, or hide cards that aren't needed. Changes are saved separately from the route and take effect immediately.
TourCue requires a data connection to load the route and receive messages. Once the route is loaded, the map and cue cards continue to work in areas with intermittent signal. Full offline mode is not currently supported.
Yes. Both the organizer route builder and the driver navigation screen have a Satellite toggle button. Tap it to switch to aerial imagery; tap again to return to street view.
Drag the blue route line to the road you want. A new shaping point is inserted automatically where you drop it โ just like Google Maps. You can also click on the map to add shaping points manually.
